Hotel Accommodations

A room block for ITQW attendees has been reserved at the same hotel. Communal breakfasts and lunches will also be provided 7 – 11 September, 2009 at the hotel. Dinners, except for the conference reception and conference banquet, are on your own.

Room reservations at the conference hotel are handled by the conference chair. Please use the attached hotel registration form to reserve your room: ITQW Hotel Registration.doc.

Please fill in the form, convert it to "PDF", and submit by 17 July, 2009, by email to conference chair H.C. Liu at H.C.Liu@nrc-cnrc.gc.ca.

Double room, 2 beds: Can $ 159.00 + Tax / room / night
Double room, 1 king-size bed: Can $ 159.00 + Tax / room / night
